Is it just me or are the slapper customer service questions getting weirder and weirder? Got a full on rollocking from the mos for wanting to return the "product" as they would have to dispose of it and it would cost the company money. I was told to just buy one in future and test it first. Eeeek.

I think we just did the same brief. It was my first slapper so it didn't seem too odd to me and I didn't get told off.

I did manage to find a staff member who didn't know what salsa is though...

Think we all follow the same brief. Next time I will just cancel it if the question is like this. Such a kerfuffle, the mos got on her high horse and everyone was looking at me. Felt like saying "Chillout love, it's only a mystery shop". Just kidding! :D;):p

PS. The report for the smellies on RE/MF is wicked. It's just tick boxes with about 5 questions that need a comment. Shame all the others have now been swiped. Booohiss!

Really want to do some of the easy red bookies jobs for MFers. But having to force myself to stay away... can't afford to give up the studying time!

I could so easily do a circuit of about 10 aswell :(

Did anyone do a job where you had to count queues in five different outlets?

They wanted five pictures of the queue if possible, it was not possible, not unless I was wearing my hat with mystery shopper in big letters on it!
