Hi all,

Yesterday, when I was doing ms visit I saw Boris Johnson. Everyone gathered to take his picture; luckily I had my camera with me as the job requires a photo, so I took his picture.

Have you ever had an appalling service and you were not doing ms for it? The other day I went to get betty cash from our finance department. It is an education setting and normally they serve students not a lot of staff but things have changed recently so we have to go there.

Anyway there were two cashiers, one cashier was serving a student, and they had this sign which says, take a seat until you get served. So I took a seat but I could see the other cashier not busy, so I was looking at her desk ( like you do) until she call me if she is free.

She turned around to another member of staff and says, "do not you just hate it when you get stared at, instead of someone approaching you and asking for help"!!:eek: I am really gutted that I did not say anything now!!:mad: If you are in bank queue, where do you look??do not you look at the desk?? They hate it if you approach them before they call you over. I really wanted to complain about her but not sure who do I go to.

I need to describe a member of staff's hair, well he had shaved head, it is not clean shaved he had hair but not much. I cannot say short?. Is there anything called shaved hair style, like Becham?

For anyone doing the tns phones, the questionnaire has now changed, seems more logical. Shame I'd done some visits today using the old form I'd printed out last night !

I usually say "short cropped" and the colour if I can make it out.

What the heck are ESA up to with the premium beauty jobs? None allocated, now they're grouping them into clusters ... and they want them done by tomorrow. Baffling.

Is it just me or are the slapper customer service questions getting weirder and weirder? Got a full on rollocking from the mos for wanting to return the "product" as they would have to dispose of it and it would cost the company money. I was told to just buy one in future and test it first. Eeeek.

It basically installs itself as a printer - so you go to your photo, click print, choose doPDF as your printer and click OK (it doesn't literally print anything), it then comes up with a box where you choose what to call your file and where to save it, click OK and voila! PDF.

Thanks, just used it to send them the quickies I did recently/ What a faff though, what is wrong with a jpeg which everyone else seems to accept. Do they really think we're going to doctor a poxy receipt!

Oh that is a pain, I normally do these last minute for them and this would cause problems, the call was never recorded before either.
