  • Blimey, I just had a random guess at 150. I don't think we are far from each other so it will be the same email. Complete joke?

I see they have 'recalled' the email. I wonder if we will get a 'hello shoppers' apology at some point.

Recalled one hour later. I'm steaming

I'm sick of them doing this. In 4 years not ONCE has another company done this, let alone fallen for the same mistake over and over again
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

I have 631 email addresses of people on their database, I would guess the vast majority live in Scotland/North England.

Nice if I wanted to set up my own MSC...

    im far souther than that

just shows the number they contact to cover... 2 jobs
  • Two were up north and one down south, looks like they have just emailed the entire country in hope.

Phoned the number above regarding the !!!! up this morning. The nice lady there told me the mystery shopping number.

    020 8967 4164

I suspect she's had a lot of irate calls already, as she's got a very hastily recorded message (give it a call, it's a good laugh!). Professionalism on all fronts from TNS today, "Intelligent Solutions" :rotfl:

Nope, just an answering machine. Leave all your details, they'll get back to you (they claim). Doesn't seem to be any point speaking to that first number, it's not their department.

just had an email response... prepare for a mass mailing apology i think.
edited out some details, they say they are going to call me, here is the bulk
Please accept our sincere apologies for the error that occurred earlier. We have attempted to recall this message but unfortunately in most circumstances this is not possible - with regards to this, the recall message was only sent to the fieldworkers who originally received the email so no additional people received your details the second time.

We take great care to try and prevent anything such as this happening and can only apologise in this instance.

One of the measures we have in place is to send each email to a limited number of fieldworkers at a time so your details will only have been visible to a limited group, though I appreciate that this is still an issue.

We will be investigating the incident to ensure that it does not occur again and in the mean time can only apologise for this error.

Well I've only just recieved one at 1:02pm. it has 700+ email addresses on.

I might use it to ask if anyone can help me move £50,000 from a nigerian bank account.
Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk
