After the comments about the voicemail I just had to listen. Is that for real?
It's never been the same since they got shot of the Area Managers0 -

One other company I'm with regularly does this. However, it does not bother me as much with the other company. I think that's because I speak to them regularly and feel that I have a relationship with them. And the number of email addresses is much smaller and the names don't change much.
I think that is just the local allocator not knowing how to BCC messages.0 -
Ok, in touch with somebody from TNS about this.
I've mentioned this isn't the first time it's happened. I'm going to have a dig through my TNS folder this evening to find the others (As i've replied to the emails before pointing out their error).
If anyone has any emails saved, where we can make a little 'collective' issue's list, PM me and I'll give you my email to send it over. I'll then list them all and send them in.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

Ok so that is multiple then as the 2 jobs on mine were oakham and daventry. If that was sent after I posted here then even though yes its a simple error it still occurred twice in the same day and didn't learn the error of their ways.0 -

I think we already have your email !0 -
My latest email from them advises that they have a very urgent visit that needs doing in Wales. It's in Cirencester. Odd, I could have sworn it was in England. It's 95 miles away, and as they've only paid me for three visits since May and owe me around 32 other payments, I think I'll pass.

And, just to confirm, mine was from Scotland (two Aberdeenshire and a Galloway job, so really opposite ends of the country). But, as I said, the Scotland TASK 21 e-mail sent out later was anonymised.0 -
