So if Graeme's figure of 631 is correct this is limited?

I'd guess that all of mine were Scotland or N England field workers as the content of the email was looking for bodies to do Scotland and N England stores.

You have had a different one to me then. Mine only had DG & AB post codes on it, no North visits.

I vowed not to get lured into buying something after doing a shop but after doing so many of those tern coffee assignments I caved in and got a used machine off ebay. Must say I do like taste and a cup is currently de stressing me after the TNS fiasco. Only 350 odd emails on mine, SE England!

Calm down dears. It's only ms'ing. TNS will NOT change. They have been sending out everyone's email addresses for at least over a year. I get the impression they do it on purpose. Has anyone had an apology yet? I remember Service Scan doing it once and the lady sent a massive apology out to everyone.

Just out of interest, were they the 3 random emails they sent out this morning? I just delete everything from them. They are more like a bunch of dodgy cowboys and cowgirls than a mystery shopping organisation. I have gone right off them for a while now!

Ive had 2 apology emails no phone call.
person who can do the phone call apology is apparently not working today but will be back tomorrow :p

a big enough fine from the ICO will certainly teach them to mend their ways
they are big enough to have procedures to ensure it doesnt happen. No doubt it was human error but that doesnt absolve the company of its sins
