Hi all, I'm doing my first posh burger and first report for this company. At the top of the form it's asking for site code, wave and agent. I cant find which information should go in here. Can anyone help?

Thanks guys - glad to know everyone feels the same about TNS!
If only mystery shopping companies got mystery shopped hey!

Just p!sses me right off, as you'd think out off all the different types of companies there are out there, MS companies would know what good customer bloomin' service is, and would treat the people who work for them well. They must treat their clients with more respect, surely? Or at least common courtesy.

I'm in two minds to complain - for one because when this allocator gave me her number before, she did ask that I delete it afterwards, as it was her personal mobile number. Fair enough, I should have done this, and I'm not going to pretend I accidentally forgot to delete it or anything, because that would be a lie.
But at the end of the day, if there was a contact number available for them for times when it's urgent, then I genuinely would have deleted it, as I would not have felt the need to keep it, just in case.
I probably won't bother to complain though, because I would imagine it would fall on deaf ears anyway.
And I probably can't get hold of anyone to complain to :D

To redeem them a tad, the allocator I did need to speak to did phone me today, to tell me she hadn't sent what she should have done (Yeah, no $h!t, thanks!) and that she would do it straight away. 4 and a half hours later, the email came through. After I'd had to do the visit.

    Sigh!

Haha, decided that I won't bother to complain, but if (or when at this rate) I decide to stop doing any work for TNS, I should post her number on here and we can all count to 3 and send her abusive messages!!
Or maybe the stupid PPI claims company or the 'Have you had an accident at work' company that seem to call me at least 4 times a week each, despite never having had either - I should tell them I've changed my number, and give them hers.
    :rotfl:

Unfortunately, I still quite like the quick supermarket jobs. I know they aren't for a lot of money but there's lots within a few mins from me, so I do like a little circuit so I can pick up, and get reimbursed for, the bits of shopping that I always forget when I do our main shop.

For MS? That should either fill in automatically or be left blank for MS to deal with, if it won't let you submit I'd enter as much as you can, save the report and email them.

Thank you so much for replying, I hope I'm not just being really dim, but I can't see the info ANYWHERE! It let me submit it without putting the details in so fingers crossed they don't come back to me about it.

    My pet hate are MF.

They sent me an email then denied it said what it said. They point blank lied to the extent they would not accept what was in black and white.

They were two senior staff members who were prepared to lie and I was amazed.

The more work you do for most of these companies the more frustrated you will become with them.

C'mon, you can't tell us half a story.

ok just to put in to some context and play devils advocate

rudeness is not needed by them, period

    but

why didnt you delete their number when they asked you ?

what if that person is currently off sick with
a sick child, severe illness, stress, bereavement, maternity leave, any number things that affect everyones lives all the time or simply or had a really bad hangover, I recall someone here saying their partner had a call after asking not to be called and the effect it had on them and i think id be pretty annoyed and defensive to some random calling me too
then this person gets a call at a weekend, on a personal number that they are not aware that anyone will be calling...
it maybe they reacted they way they did because their personal time, not work time, was being infringed upon. they get paid whether you do the job or not, it wasnt their project

could they have handled it better. definitely
but to say youll post their number to give them abuse, even in jest, is just as appalling in my eyes

on another note thank to the person who has dropped the west mids quick slapper check, Im just heading out there anyhow this morning for some cheap fuel so this makes it even better

    Agree with whitelabel.

Monkeynut, I feel you were totally in the wrong on this one, and the reaction you received was absolutely justified. You broke a trust.

It was the person's private number, that they only gave you with the understanding you would delete it afterwards. I bet you've still got the number now haven't you? Delete it immediately.
