Strongly worded letter to their MD is what I wrote.

Oooh, that'll sort them out. Bet you still work for them though, eh?

NIM, marra, the Freeman is the best hospital in the World, especially for bairns. Try to seek ressurance from the fact that your little tiger is in the best hands available.
Thoughts are with you and yours mate.

Had to drop a load of work the last few days, prob gonna loose a fair few quid from TNS who want receipts resubmitting. Been in newcastles freeman since wednesday. Turns out baby N.I.M needs half her left lung removing and its being done tomorrow. Bloomin petrified as she's less than 2 kilos and the first q the surgeon asked the doc was if it could wait till she's bigger. Apparently not so she's having her upper left lobe removed tomorrow at round 10am.

Have said this to TNS and I'm being told we can't hold this off for long. Can't believe it. Naturally they'll be getting dropped after this. But in fairness the guy I've been dealing with has been good. Just has his hands tied by the higher-ups.

Thinking of you and your baby today x

Well she's out of theatre and in recovery. Just waiting for her to be moved to the icu so we can see her. Surgeon looked happy when we were talking to him so I'm inclined to believe him when he said it went well. Mind you seeing as we were expecting sort of a 3 o clock finish I think were safe anyway.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

Awesome news NIM. They work miracles in that hospital, they really do.
I hope she has a speedy recovery, and that you're soon scraping poo out from under your finger nails.

    Good luck team NIM.
