Just called Additions to check on my ring - Customer Service lady said that it's still due for delivery on 16th March, and she can't see any reason why it wouldn't be delivered, no flag against the item or anything to indicate it's going to be pulled.
    Fingers crossed (again!)

You, like me attempted to buy an item well below it's real price. This time it never happened. Time to move on.

If you were charged and the order system stated 'order accepted' it may be worth pursuing this one.

    But for:

    Terms and Conditions:

Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery to you provided payment has been made in full.

So whilst payment has been made and thus ownership of the goods should have been passed to you, the exclusion is based on whether delivery is made. However, you will have provided consideration and may have acted to your detriment in providing those funds, provided you thought that it was a realistic price (if, for instance, you were not familiar with the diamond quality gradings and thought that this was a reasonable price to pay for such an item, this may stand).

Compared with all the other bargains on this forum, this one actually has a chance imo.

Was worth a go, I emailed them just to find out why it was cancelled, but don't expect there's a smidge of hope of getting it.

    Their T&C do state...
3.2 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

...since noone has tried to contact me, I just curiously asked as to why it was cancelled ;)
