Payment taken, shows order accepted online.0

well hopefully u can get it
looks like a lot of online retailers take ur money then refund it after they discovered its been a mistake
good luck to you all and wish u get it0 -
As far as i was led to beleive once they have taken payment for an item a contract has been accepted by them to provide you with goods no matter what the terms and conditions say. That is why with these deals you should pay with a credit card, as if they then renege on this contract you can get your credit cards legal department onto it.0

Unfortunately I think that if their conditions which you agree to say they can do this then there is little you can do. Marks & Spencer do the same thing - they take your money, tell you it's out of stock, then refund your credit card a few days later. As far as i was led to beleive once they have taken payment for an item a contract has been accepted by them to provide you with goods no matter what the terms and conditions say.You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -
yeah so do debenhams!!!ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0

Doesn't matter its just like the banks their t&c state what they can charge you if you are overdrawn. If you open an account you agree to pay any penalties in theirr conditions. If however their conditions are unfair you can get results.
Just look at all the people getting their bank charges refunded.0 -
Only time will tell.
Will be interesting to see what happens.0 -

I ordered one yesterday and got confirmation, getting the same deal re: discount but not too bothered about £10 when there's about £600 at stake.
I can't help but think some bright spark has tried to pay off their mortgage by buying 200 of them, which is how they suddenly sold out of all sizes. Either that or some wannabe gangsta rappa has gone on a bling-fest....
I agree with everything you said. Mine's been on order being processed since Friday 4:15pm. I don't think I'm gonna get mine even though they've taken money from my credit card.
I think it's time for companies to restrict how many of the same product you can buy, as greedy people just ruin great deals in general (not just misprices).
Why would you need to buy more than say two of the same product?0 -
I ordered mine at 4.45pm on friday and it says order accepted.0
