On my order summary it says status=order accepted,expected delivery date=16/03/07,i have printed everything,if for some reason they dont supply will we have a case as payment as been taken from credit card??0

Whilst I am no lawyer, SURELY taking the money from you is the forming of a contract? Invitation to treat (their website listing), offer (your credit card payment) and acceptance (them taking the money from your card) = contract of sale? Would maybe mean Small Claims Court for loss of bargain but with such a large amount of money at stake, worth the hassle?0

My order tracking still says "Order accepted", and within My Account, the Transaction History still has it as pending so far, with "Data last updated @ 10:51hrs on 5 Mar 2007".
