Yes, Simon, just file, standard scam, the amount demanded rises in arithmetical progression.. it reaches a peak... you get letters from all sorts of new friends like debt collectors ("We have no power whatever" Roxburghe), then the phoney solicitor ("I can't remember when I last took anything to court") Graham White... and at the end, the amount you "owe" plummets like a lead balloon to zero, when they realise you were too smart to swallow their lies, and give up.

Just ignore them, mate, they are as annoying as mosquitoes, but less dangerous because they don't actually bite.
  • thanxs for your quick reply, i believe my wife should have got a medal from them as she was in for just under 3 hours waiting/eating dinner then doing a weekly shop with the kids. they normally drive me mad after 5 minutes pmsl

Isn't Graham White less "I can't remember when I last took anything to court", more "I don't know how to take someone to court so I don't bother"? :o
