Try doing- nothing at all? Presumably you got through the quota of letters from Roxburghe. What happens next is they pass it to Graham White. Sounds scary- but in point of fact, "Graham White" is NOT a solicitor, it is just Roxburghe using different headed paper- check it out the return address is the same for both of them! So all that has happened is that they have passed it to a different desk.
The good news is that as Graham White is not really a solicitor, "he" (there isn't really a Graham White, it's a made up name) NEVER EVER actually goes to Court.
The other good news is that once they have hit you with "Graham White" they are running out of cards to play and will very shortly be giving up.
There is no bad news.0 -

You've nearly got the full set of letters. Graham White is the same PPC, but using their "solicitor" alias. Continue ignoring. This particular PPC seem to be particularly slow at realising that they're throwing good money after bad.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
I feel a bit left out that I didn't get a letter from Graham :-( They only sent me the first two and then gave up.
When I was asked in a shop the other week to key my reg in for free parking I refused. The cashier told me I would be fined unless I keyed in my details, I explained politely that the fines were unenforcable, and that they hadn't been able make me pay the last time either- much to the amusement of the other people in the queue!Don't suffer alone - if you are experiencing Domestic Abuse contact the National Domestic Abuse Helplines

And, I hope, to their enlightenment in case they become victims of the scammers....0

Do they have any right to ask for this info'? I'd put my shopping back on the checkout. Blackmail isn't my idea of customer service. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0

Im dissapointed....no fat Parking Lie goon in Aldis "controlled" car park...they trying to save money then?ive parked in there many many times without keying in my details....let them pay for it if they want it...i only use this car park to "annoy" parking lie and still no letters from that nice mr G S@@@e..a solicitor?..hmmm maybe "he" is a "baliff"?...hmm....ive got it!!!!! "he" is a b@@@dy nobody!!!!...why worry about a nobody like that?...ignore the begg-o-gramms,ask yourself this..would you pay some stranger in the street £90 just cos they asked for it?..dont think so,would you pay me £90 "fine"?...dont think so(though if you really want to i can give you details...thats a joke by the way) so what will you do? you'll ignore that demand from me and anybody else who demands, threatens you with menaces like Mr G S@@@te and his pathaetic company...cos thats what he is...a nobody and a joke! the same as all these PPCs...but please make sure that you realise the difference between tickets issued by the likes of council controlled traffic wardens and police officers etc and the fake demands of these scamming b@@@@@@ds...any doubts ask for advice on here,0

hi all, thought id also post on here as iv just come in from work and opened a letter from.....parkingeye :T
basically a letter with our car driving into morrisons at 12.41 and leaving at 15.25. the car park is a free car park and apparently according to the letter theres a 2 hour limit.
firstly the letter is addressed to me however i was at work:D.
so iv talked to the lovely wife who went there with the kids firstly for dinner, it was sunday obviously busy and they had to wait for their dinners. after this she did the weekly shop. we have receipts to prove this too.
so i pressume we just file the first letter and the receipt like many other people on here? oh yeh the fine is £50 if paid by wed 9th may 2012, £80 by 24th or £110 after that.
