The breed's will be even rarer with you having them for breakfast :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Seriously, though - your haul sounds scrummyOur local deli closed down last year, but we get good meat from the butcher.
Been stripping wallpaper in the spare room. Tired out now, so having 5 with a cup of spiced apple tea.
Have a great time at the *Take That* concert. I missed them first time round, but we sang*You lift me up* last year in our summer concert, and I love that.hazzie wrote:Does anyone else get in a bad mood when you have simpletons knocking at your door when your busy? Just had this woman banging on my front door, thought it was some kind of emergency the way she was banging. So I open the door and she stood there and asked me "If I was fit and healthy would I want to live forever?" !!!!!! I mean what sort of question is that to ask a complete stranger, let alone knock on peoples doors to ask it.She didn`t even say hello,I`m Blah Blah from wherever and could you spare a couple of minutes to answer a question.
Are these sort of people fruitloops?
Yep, think they are  Are you signed up for Telephone Preference service - stops (most) nuisance calls. Anyone know if there's a similar *Fruitloop caller at the door preference service*
Back to the stripping.............

Thanx - has been going well so far and have done loads of extra walking, too. Was going to have a gym session this morning but with DS being at home sick rather than at nursery that didn't happen - will go tomorrow afternoon instead.
DD has come home from school and been sick twice so think they must have the tum bug that is going round at the mo.0 -
Home from day in college, the last hr just seemed to be a general chit chat and I kept thinking I could be at home doing so many other things instead of being there, nevermind I'm sure it was a good bonding exercise for the group!
DH has been looking after 3yo DD today and fell asleep as soon as I got home but claims that looking after her is EASY, and can't understand how I can't get more done some days:rotfl:
Bargainrzl, the sausages sound gorgeous. I joined a sausage club while visiting the good food show. They deliver various different types including the lamb and mint you mentioned, also wild boar and venison ones, as well as the normal pork.
Anyway have a quick turnaround as also on night shift tonight, hope it is not to busy so I can try and write essay for college. Might start posting in the middle of the night if I get very bored!

Hi back from hairdressers with lo, was a bloody nightmare, said to dh i would only be in 5 mins! 45 mins later...........
He did not want anything round his neck, kept on pushing her hands away, turning his head, temper tantrum, the odd shriek, finally after 45 mins there she managed to make it look a bit more tidier! i swear i am not taking him ever again!
Apart from that nothing much else to say:rotfl:
Congrats to crazychic for your sons placement:j well done

Evening everyone :hello:
Can't stop long as DH and I are heading up to the Lakes again this weekend. He's put two "yellow sticker" pizzas in the oven for our supper, especially as I didn't have lunch because I was pelting between schools. One school this morning and a completely different one this afternoon - both with completely different lunchtimes!
We're staying in a Travelodge tonight, half way up the glorious M6 . Well, it's at Stafford, so not quite half way up! DH has promised me breakfast at the Lakeland flagship store tomorrow morning before we have a day of walking! Should set me up nicely, especially as I've got a few things to get.........
Bye for now
Sorry I haven't had time to read the thread, but :j :j to all those with good news and ((((hugs)))) to all those who need them.
