    Hi Guys

Is this email OK for the cleaning company? Sorry its short but will post properly in a bit as I need to get this sorted and have been feeling very ill today.

    Hi >>>>
Sorry, but we have only just got your message. I hate BT answer phones!

Basically, I wasn’t here yesterday, but *****explained what happened. I won’t list everything that was wrong, but it started with the cleaner mopping first, without sweeping and without cleaning everywhere else first. When *****asked if she needed the broom to sweep, she said that it was OK as she would just go over well with the mop. I always assumed that mopping was to be done last, once everything else was completed?

I am very disappointed in the sub-standard of cleaning/service I have received from Time for You and wish to no longer continue with you. I am aware that I still have 3 weeks left of agency fees and I think it would be a thoughtful gesture if you reimbursed me for this amount (or preferably the full amount), as I have not received the quality and service I was assured in receiving.

At the moment, I feel very vulnerable and feel I was promised everything I wanted till you received and cashed the £120 Agency fees. Then it went downhill from there.

I hate moaning, but at the end of the day I have paid for a service that has not been provided.

    Is the wording ok?

    Thanks guys.

Anyone know if there's a similar *Fruitloop caller at the door preference service*

    Back to the stripping.............

    Penny. x

Try a snake, yes literally! When we had Tye my old snake DP went to answer the door while we were cleaning his tank out, sales rep of course, Tye was wrapped round his arm at the time and this kid selling something jumped from the top of the steps outside my house (there is 6 steps) to the bottom and ran up the top of the drive way :rotfl: :rotfl: My dragon seems to have the same effect.

Bargainbabe our post arrived about 3.30pm today! Bad enough when it's 11am-1pm usually but thought they had forgot today.

Puppys driving me daft today, she's being very naughty, ok she hasn't peed/pooped anywhere for a change but keeps stealing things and chewing them, sick of chasing her around! Bits of loo roll, paper etc she keeps appearing with and shredding them!
One day I might be more organised...........

    Hi Penny Pin
the letter seems ok although i would ask for all the fees back not just the last 3 weeks as the cleaning has had to be done by members of your own family as the service that was agreed upon has not been delivered in any way shape or form
by asking for the money as a gesture you are letting them off the hook they may think that 3 weeks money returned and you will go away quietly if you ask for the full amount you can always be magnanimus and take a little less
just my opinion hope it helps

    Hi everyone.
Well done to all those who got the school of their choice. I know that at my school most of the Y6 kids seem happy with their allocated schools.
A busy day at w**k today, lots of little ones having minor accidents falling over etc. I think they are tired and clumsy by the end of the week!
We're having a lazy tea of pizza and oven chips tonight and then I'm off to a special service at my church as today is 'Women's World Day of Prayer'.
    Have a good evening everyone.

Penny pincher i would list everything that the cleaner did wrong or didnt do, make them realise this service that you paid for was unacceptable to you, the letter looks fine but put everything in detail so they understand why you were unhappy with the service if possible, hope thats ok?

What a day!!!!! I discovered that our present bedroom carpet was not big enough to fit the living room, so we went back to the carpet shop and found a carpet reduced from £12.99 to £5.79 sq m. Paid the deposit to secure the price, the estimator will call to check the measurements and then they can fit the carpet and we can move straight in.

My daughter is coming tomorrow to see about taking the cupboards down in the kitchen and refitting them in the flat.

I also phoned a couple of places about altering the curtains, neither was very keen to do the job so it looks like I will have to get new, so we had a trip to Dunelm to see what thay have, I need to re-measure the windows before I order them, we can do without curtains in the living toom for a few weeks if we have to. The bedroom curtains are ok, so no problem there.

I am trying to keep my feet on the floor, we are hoping that we will be in our new abode by the end of this month, I have put some stuff on ebay today, but have a load more to deal with. The washer will have to wait until just before we go, at least I can do my washing at the flats if I do sell it, I can also put the gas cooker in the paper this week, I can manage with the microwave and the small gas burner we have.

Cheese pie beans and the remains of the crumble for supper......

TV night and relax I think, may be a glass of something in my hand......
    Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.

OK, I didnt want to be pushy, but here goes.

I am writing in response to the contract I have with your regarding cleaning, which your promises to provide reliable and efficient cleaners to clean my home, due to my current inability to do this due to illness.

The contract has been totally unfulled by yourselves, with no constant cleaners, failure of cleaners to turn up without sufficient prior notice, and latterly cleaners who are only trying to surface clean and not provide the cleaning standards you promised.

As you have totally failed to keep your contract with myself, I now consider this to be null and void, and ask you to refund immediately, the monies £120 which I paid to you in good faith for a reliable and efficient service.

You may need to add a little more P-P but from what I have read recently I think that just about covers it, dont go into too much detail of how they cleaned, it just confuses the issue, they promised good reliable cleaners and failed to keep their contract with you, (or OH/DH) whoever signed the contract with them.

    Hope it helps.
