Skystar- those are the same straightners i have :D they are best ones i have so far, got them free off a mag sub last year:j got my hair tamed down now, takes ages as my hair is quite thick:rolleyes: still want ghd's though, am i mad!

He he, that's where I got mine from too :D

I had tried loads before but these are my fave. Just cannot justify the cost of GHD's. However if someone bought me some as a prezzie I would be chuffed ;)

Still no further forward on my quest for Take That tickets. All websites are soooooo slow and crashing and phone lines engaged. I shall carry on though.

According to Kelkoo you can get some types of GHDs for about £85

Clairefun, congrats on the exchange! Bet you're relieved now.

Loving the chat about hair. Mine and DD's are dead straight, and we'd love it curly. Those of you with beautiful curls, just want to straighten it

Ohhhh, i dyed my hair last night (dark red ultra violet) so im now a reddy colour (was black/purple last time!!!). Problem was, i dripped a bit on my carpet, so now have a red stain on it  . Dont need hair straighteners, mine is like a poker, the time and money ive spent on perms in my time, dont do it now, although i am tempted sometimes as my hair does get me down as it just hangs there!!!!

My hair's almost dead straight but not quite, so it has a tendency to go wispy and messy. Hence I call the straighteners into service for special occasions to tame it :D

Catowen - ooh your hair colour sounds fab, pity about the blob on your carpet, i hate it when that happens, dh has banned me from dying my hair at home as i make so much mess he has to repaint everything!:rotfl: didnt think i was that bad:eek:

Right, lo booked in at 2.30 for haircut, lets hope he doesnt scream the place down.

Just put bread on and plan to do weetabix brownies later as they sound yummy!

Lo is still asleep, put him up at 9 for a nap, he must be tired:D
