I have used Dating Direct but after about 2 years have given up.

I was looking on match.com but it is really expensive!

Does anyone know any other widely used sights?

I have got to find a man this year! This cannot go on.

A friend of mine met her chap 18mths ago on loveandfriends.com. she's preggers, they've bought a flat together, they're getting hitched in the summer.

My sister met hers on okcupid.com last October. They are also blissful and she's never discussed moving in together with anyone, before she met him. Your matching on OKcupid.com will improve, the more questions you answer.

AFAIK both these sites are free. Both are a bit 'quirky', but IMO in a good way.

Id recommend this one too! When I was a member, over a year ago now, I met loads of nice men from there, some have remained friends & one, is now one of my best friends. I also met someone, that I dated for a year, quite seriously, but sadly, we had too many differences & so, decided to call it a day! I would also rate https://www.pocado.com there seemed to be some genuine guys on there, when i was a member too! And also https://www.datingforparents.com which is a partner site to pocado.......

Re - the free dating sites, dont think okcupid is too bad, there is also https://www.faceparty.com to consider, but i found, there to be quite a few losers/timewasters/perverts on all of the free sites. But worth a try, you can always cancel, if you have a simialer experience....

Personally, i thought match.com was just too vast & got nowhere with that, & yes I think that is the most expensive one..
