    Try everything, if it helps all the better!
    Yoga is great (i do it myself) but I think trying any exercise will help - whatever you feel like. Whether that be slogging it out in the gym, going for a run or walk outside or boxing lessons...it's a brilliant (and healthy!) release for a lot of the energy that you're using up worrying.
    I struggled with depression a few years ago and found that exercise helped enormously combined with a lot of the things that others have been recommending (books etc). I was determined to feel "well" again without taking the drugs my doctor suggested - and it eventually worked.
    Feeling physically strong & healthy can give you a huge psychological boost too, you'll feel able to face challenges & what life throws at you :)
