Has anyone tried cancelling their SIM yet? The help says there is a link on the My Account page, but I can't see it

No wonder, there website's "Live customer service help" never works. Always had problem login to their website, simply bounce back to login page with no errors!

    Hi Sun,

I've never had any probs, have you tried using your fingers when typing?

All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.

    Hi Sun,

Didn't understand more than one or two syllable of your post, but I hope you've got it sorted out by now.

I joined easyMobile a few days after launch, ordered SIM at 17:45 and was with me the next day before 08:00!

I happy with the service, but hope they look into their prices after June.

I still have a Virgin mobile, and once easyMobile increase their prices, I will use Virgin for landline and other Virgin mobiles, and then easyMobile for other networks.

I did test the voicemail service, but never use voicemail as I don't wish my callers to be charged for a call that didn't get through to me, they can always try a little later, text me, or if the must leave a message can do so on my dedicated 0121 voicemail number.

    That's been done for you!

I received a few 'business' cards just before the weekend regarding the free credit to both accounts.

That's been done for you too!!

easyMobile customer support is excellent, either online or via telephone. On their telephone support number you get non of this press 1,2,3,4,5 rubbish just straight through within a few seconds to a human!

If you already have got Easy Mobile and buy another sim you can recommend yourself and get a fiver on your original a/c They have just released another batch of numbers so you can probaly get a good one!!!! Eg if you run a 247 business take advantage of the 0796 247 xxxx numbers.

I have also got a number of recommend a friend £5 bonus cards so give us your E-Mail for info, and i be pleased to help, and i am sure BexTech will as well.

PS.If your stuck for ideas about choosing numbers have a look at the site
https://www.impactnetworks.co.uk which will tell you what numbers spell.Alpha Numer could take off like it has in the states. You could have something like
0796 247 (CABS) 2227 THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE!!!!!

Errrr, if you need a website to tell you what the numbers would spell as letters, then you're unlikely to remember anyway (letters are on most keyboards)
