The last house... The boiler wasn't working, had that to replace lol

yeh, I've read the various threads you started about them. Didn't you learn any lessons from those experiences?

Me personally, i'd be using the stash of money I forgot I had to be replacing the sockets et al, but that is just me.
When your life is a mess, stop and think what you are doing before bringing more kids into it, it's not fair on them.

well, what with scratched fridges, dodgy beds, pots full of money forgotten about etc........

I've just sold my house, all bought and paid for with earned money. I left them the carpets, the blinds, the cooker, the fridge, the wardrobes, all FREE of charge! not even in the contract either! how nice am I?

Yeah, I'll just get on with it and perhaps mention it to the solicitor. Pretty sure that there's nothing I could do without a fight. Things like this just get to me as its a pretty !!!!!! thing to do really. I thoroughly checked the list and it had the leaving sockets and switches as ticked.

I tell you what is !!!!!!. Leaving a naked wire still plugged in to a switch. They had ripped the lamp out and not removed or turned the plug off. Wonder what this plug is for asks me? BANG. Explosion and black mark up the wall. Really, is this important? Chrome looks nice but compared to people starving to death, being shelled in HOMS or all manner or world disasters...

My son is severely disabled so I know about disaster :/... Didn't really need the hassle of our sockets tripping last night so the boy flipped. Got to have them redone as obviously faulty!
