Just think yourself lucky they didn't take the ruddy skirting -boards with them.
Plan your revenge if your solicitor gets no joy out of them: shred their mail. It'll probably be coming to your new home for years. Oh, how I'd laugh!0 -
Lol! I have two banking letters for him... I might just!!0

I told our sols and they are contacting his. Doubt they can do much. In the meantime, I am enjoying using his phone bill LOL as he didn't cancel!!0

well I'd be expecting a letter from his solicitor regarding your fraudulent use of his telephone account:pWhen your life is a mess, stop and think what you are doing before bringing more kids into it, it's not fair on them.

REVENGE is best enjoyed cold.... ours took the front door bell and a sat dish from the apex very very very high up...and the bathroom mirror and shower mixer in the en suite bathroom..we had to get rid of the carpets from 8 rooms as they thought we wanted them....erm no thanks and it cost me a skip at £180. Then the boiler went ,when i switched it on for the first time three months after exchange..i just put it down to experience..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
The last house... The boiler wasn't working, had that to replace lol0
