Options
After all these years of the boat race 2012 marks the occasion of one misguided attention seeker deciding to swim into the middle of the Thames to stop the race, what a plonker.:(

The police launch took the numpty away but I bet there are several people out there who would rather have seen him trussed in chains & thrown back in. :(

Oh Dear, one of them has just lost an oar.

Cambridge have already won, just after the start.

Broken oar was Oxfords fault so ref lets the race go on.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

Total and complete plank ruining this historic race for many :(

Shame they didn't knock him unconscious with an oar and sent him under.

There's a time and place for protest, this wasn't one of them

(unless he was highlighting the total incompetence of The Post Office for screwing his switch from BT to them for line rental too like me....)

    And breathe......

Sounds like another cox has ruined it for everyone!

More importantly looks like one of the Oxford rowers is seriously ill. Hope he's alright
