But I'm not arguing that Road Tax is used to maintain the roads. I wish it was - they'd be much better funded.
I'm arguing that the tax exists and that a motorist can't use a vehicle one th road without paying it. A cyclist takes up road space (often disporportionately) and therefore should pay the tax to put their bike on the road.0 -
