The only porkies are told by the "accountant"! If you can't read (which doesn't surprise me) what I wrote - or repeatedly choose to ignore it (the EXACT t&c) - there's not much that can be said. I have NEVER lied about what I do or who I am - unlike you. I have quoted the ACTUAL t&c while you claim I haven't EVEN when I told you the post numbers. You have never quoted ANY t&c and are telling the OP they have submitted the wrong bill - when they didn't!
It's incredible how you seem to crusade against the facts and profess your own expertise which is plainly non-existent.
If the OP wants my help he has it - and he WOULD get his money regardless of the tripe coming from the King of Porkies!0 -

Publish the t&c word for word (at time the OP made their purchase)- or shut up and take your nonsense with you.0 -
You obviously can't read as not being able to think. Why don't YOU share even one word from them since you obviously ignore the ONLY ones written on this thread - which I provided long past.
Fortunately for the OP there is at least one person on here who knows what they're talking about and HAS provided the EXACT wording from the actual t&c to counteract the 100% misleading rubbish you keep spouting. Par for the course for you though, as you have proved countless times before.0 -

You obviously can't read or have a bad memory, either answer the question asked a million times or take your abuse somewhere else.
You quoted something from 2010mobilejunkie wrote: »The CORRECT claim was using DECEMBER'S bill. The t&c are very clear and specific. Possibly they didn't send an order acceptance email before 1st July but ""So for example," (poor grammar but theirs, not mine!) "if you ordered on 30th January 2010, we'll need your June 2010 bill for your first claim".
They have probably made an error in that the confirmation email was dated 1st August, making the claim one month later IF that was in the t&c. The above quote above is from the t&c ruling on 22nd July 2010.
And then you say they have probably made an error and when someone says they think correct month is January, you call itmobilejunkie wrote: »Utter nonsense.
So provide the exact wording as at time of purchase made by OP around July/August 2011.0 -
You're correct for once. The date of the t&c was, in fact, 22nd July, 2011 - just before the OP ordered their deal. The quote itself uses the 2010 example because that's what the t&c use.
Doesn't change anything else; you haven't even looked at the actual t&c and don't understand them if you ever do!0 -

And maybe you should check to see that Jul 31st 2011 was a Sunday so any order confirmation (if that is what OP got) would have been on Monday 1st August 2011.
But that doesn't change anything if you bother to read the t&c which (currently) are as has been indicated several times telling people to send in the 6th bill.
If you want to disprove this, then print the t&c from July/August 2011 before replying with "Utter nonsense".
And you don't understand nothing!0 -
Leave JUNKIE alone. He has done some kind of guide I have never seen, so he thinks he is the god of cashback. To be god you need to have knowledge of everything, Junkie has that. Everyone elese is below him. People below him cannot question him0

The fact that this "some guide" thread has 260+ posts with the last posts in 2011 doesn't mean anything. Neither does the number of 'Thanks'.
As you have never posted on this board before Oct 2011, everything earlier than 2010 has to be ignored until you see and approve it.0 -

I received a "thank you for your order. Your order is now being processed and subject to successful network acceptance we will email you to confirm that your order has been despatched" email on July 31st at 23:300 -
If you follow my original advice and ignore all the smoke and mirrors you WILL get paid. The email should do the trick - you were quite right in your interpretaion of which bill to send despite misleading links put on here by some people - and there is NO reason you cannot force them to pay. Given that the bill you submitted WAS correct AND that you can prove you placed your order in July all else is WRONG. Stick to your guns, quote the sections I gave you and issue a LBA should they refuse payment. I doubt they will because they will know (even if some people on here have got it completely wrong) that they have no justification for refusing payment based on your December bill submission - which was submitted on time and they acknowledged by their rejection email apart from anything else. For some time E2Save have operated a different timescale to some other CPW clones and you normally claim one month sooner. Their t&c are quite clear about that and any subsequent information or instructions to the contrary are plainly wrong. Counting bill numbers (as some on here fixate on) has always been a mistake because it isn't relevant to anything and often ends up with people sending in the wrong bills - just as some are advising on here even today, years after this was well known. Sending misleading information and claim dates is quite normal for this lot - but they cannot ignore the t&c given at the point of order, even if some people have difficulty in comprehending them or choose to ignore them altogether. Your original interpretation was quite correct so don't doubt that for a second and you'll be fine.
Keep it simple and focused; this is a CLEAR issue despite the determined attempts to suggest that you submitted the wrong bill; you did not. The ONLY thing you got wrong was not picking up the rejection and taking immediate action; but you have all the proof you need to ensure you get your money and the delay doesn't matter (though it's always good practice to respond to such situations at once showing that you have a clear knoweldge of the t&c you signed up for and will take any action they require you take in order to secure the proper and valid payments).
PM me if you want do discuss it further rather than getting swamped in the muddy waters some seem to prefer on here.0
