If i were the OP i would be taking MJ's adviceBe good to the young on their way up you might need them on your way down.0

Oh so hurtful - what do you have against accountants?
Why are you not answering the question - when did the T&C change - when did e2save stop counting bill numbers and where do they mention "order date" when calculating cashbacks.
What typical nonsense. Who cares when they changed - there's only 1 set that matter. They NEVER EVER counted bill numbers - as I have pointed out for YEARS. It is a fundamental error to so do. I didn't raise "order date". Oh - yes; in my work I LOVE accountants; it's fraudsters and fools repeatedly offering incorrect advice who I detest.0 -

I have an elephant's memory, and do recall you answering a query from a poster regarding how to complete their VAT return.
The advice you gave was nonsense, and when challenged you replied to validate your (wrong) advice by telling us you were a self employed, VAT registered accountant.
In a subsequent post you were caught out as (presumably having forgotten about the lie), you revealed you are not an accountant at all!!
So why you keep pretending to be one is anyone's guess, but when you come here badmouthing others advice, it is fair we should all know just where you come from in all this!0 -

Keep your NONSENSE to youself - you either cannot read what I post or just plain ignore facts as pointed out to you. I posted a link showing the exact bill counting which you deny in an offer dated May 2011. The OP got a deal in July 2011 - so when did the cashback terms change?
No you can't answer that - so keep your nonsense to yourself.0 -
Gosh, you really are brain of Britain. I will leave it to the OP to decide what to do; it's their money and if they want their money I have told them precisely what to do - as opposed to saying they have sent in the wrong bill (when they plainly have not) and can therefore kiss their cashback goodbye. Pity anyone who listens to you!0

No no you are the brain of Britain, the world and the universe. You claim December is the correct bill and provide no proof to support that statement. Then you call other people's comments nonsense and still provide no proof.
Then you claim that you do not like fraudsters - well lets see if you claim for something when you are wrong and you tell someone to go to court on that basis - I would call that fraud.
A simple question again - when did the t&c change?0 -
I have quoted the t&c word for word and they are the ones relevant at that time; all else is mere puff, like you!
They won't have to go to court - but if they did and present a proper case, they will win.
Alternatively, they could be misguided by you and write the money off. Their choice!0 -

The OP can do what they choose - I am not guiding OP to do anything, you are. If you have the T&C at the time, then lets see them.0 -
I'll send them over by carrier pigeon in brail, though it wouldn't make any difference if I sent a judge over to read them out to you word by word and slowly, so you can go at a pace where you might be able to digest them.0
