You will need to send in your mobile phone bill at months 6 , 9 , 12 , 15 and 18
It's so simple to workout when you need to claim your cashback, please see the below table on when you should send your bills to us.
Bill Claim Amount
Bill Dated April 2012
Bill Dated May 2012
Bill Dated June 2012
Bill Dated July 2012
Bill Dated August 2012
Bill Dated September 2012 £78.000 -
Well, it's a long time since I was with e2save, but I have to disagree as the T&C you quote cleary contradict the information on the website quoted above by thegoodman......
You are forgetting that this company regularly changes the ts + cs! Surely you inderstand how the game works??
The ts + cs in force on the day you accept them are the only ones that apply to you, irrespective of what the website says today.
That's why if you want to play the cashback game you must keep a copy of your ts + cs, and as long as you stick to them you will win!0 -

Oh says the man who can't read a sentence for what it says. And then tells the world he is a member of MENSA. What was that score again - no I don't blooming care !
Without knowing when the OP got the order (acceptance of order not receipt) confirmation exactly - on or after 31st July (with OP getting a "Delivery Confirmation" on August 1), it would seem reasonable to assume that e2save have treated August as the first bill month. And their existing t&c make Jan the right cashback month.
And their old t&c I cannot see online but from memory they used to ask customer to count bill numbers. And here is some evidence
A deal in May 2011

So when did the T&C change between May 2011 and now April 2012?

My mensa score exists; your claim of being an accountant was fiction.
It matters not one jot what E2Save "think" is reasonable. Following your advice would (as usual) mislead the OP into thinking he has lost the money when, in fact, it is simple to make sure he gets it. None of the people I look after would listen to such bad advice - but that's why they follow my guidance and never lose a claim (we had 11 claims between us in march alone so I THINK I know what I'm talking about!).0 -

Clearly your mensa score can't be for reading - must be real funny to you someone says "allegedly" they are an accountant? Or is it just another one of your ways of abusing anyone who says you talk crap on here!0 -
Well, it's a long time since I was with e2save, but I have to disagree as the T&C you quote cleary contradict the information on the website quoted above by thegoodman. Probably there is no ambiguity in the T&C, but there is ambiguity in general.
The information on the website clearly says that if the first bill is in April then the month 6 is September regardless of the date of the order: (i.e. Jan -> Jun, Aug -> Jan).
As I have warned people for years with cpw clones, listening to or reading the various concoctions they produce is misleading at best and disastrous at worst. I have already stated (and it is not at all new) that the dates on the on-line system are often completely wrong, there are emails and information with the phones which give different months in which to claim and that the only things which really matter are the t&c at the point of sale - which everyone bar Quentin seems to be missing.
If the OP follows my clear and simple advice they WILL get the money. If they choose to follow the alternatives they won't even bother trying and will lose out based on WRONG advice from those with far less experience and knowledge (AND the WRITTEN t&c at the time) than me. That's the OP's call.0 -

Actually, I think it's rather sad that someone has to attempt to justify awful advice on things they have no experience of by pretending to BE an accountant.
It's even more unbelievable that to justify your particular incorrect advice on this occasion you post links to another review site with someone else's advice rather than actually reading and UNDERSTANDING the t&c in force at the time. As it seems that your numerical skills are below a basic qualifiaction I would also point out that 11th may is rather further away from the OP's order than 22nd July - the t&c for which I printed out on that date and have in front of me. Incidentally, the person ordering on that date already had their money for their DECEMBER claim and are already claiming their second cashback.0 -

I think someone who tells people they are a member of Mensa out of the blue is vain and shallow and full of themselves but I worked that out before you even mentioned Mensa or started your accountant taunts.0 -
My "taunts" are based on a complete lie previously where you stated quite blatantly that you ARE an accountant (even though that seemed unbelievable given your - er - mental abilities) and stuck to it until you were caught out quite a while later.
I have no need to make up things to justify my advice; but then, my advice is spot on and anyone ignoring it does so at their cost.0 -

Oh so hurtful - what do you have against accountants?
Why are you not answering the question - when did the T&C change - when did e2save stop counting bill numbers and where do they mention "order date" when calculating cashbacks.0
