Can't believe it's rained all morning. Fred the weatherman assured me it was going to be a dry but cloudy day with a risk of a shower, I can't believed he lied to me :eek: my clothes will be soggier when I get home than they were when I hung them out!

Spent the afternoon in waiting for postie to deliver my tax rebate cheque so I could take DS to the bank to deposit it. Guess what time he arrived with it? 5.55pm!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

And he also brought my next car tax reminder :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Ah he giveth and taketh away...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I used my time wisely and phoned up all my old mortgage and loan companies on the offchance I might have taken out PPI. NADA!!:mad::mad:

I'm here, lurking a bit. Getting more and more annoyed with a bank I shall not name.... messing up my money on holiday and now still messing it up now I'm back.

Also been a teeny bit spendy, as I bought 1-3 of True Blood, 1-4 of the Big Bang Theory and old skool 21 jump Street with Mr Depp himself to watch while I'm recovering after hospital. Had my pre-op assessment on Monday and provided all those tests come back ok, I shall be in on Wednesday next week for the afternoon.

I'm also really annoyed with myself as I could have sworn I had a DD set up on one cc, but it didn't go out and I only noticed the day after the payment was due so not only have I been charged a late fee, it's also cancelled my 0% Need to call them as well as the other bank to see if they will be kind and refund it.

I don't have a chance to post as often as I would like but I really enjoy reading and catching up with everyone so I intend to keep that going!
