Choclover - you must be almost due now. Please post some piccys - I love looking at baby pics.Well done on the washable nappies purchase - I used them for both mine & saved sooo much money. I like to think I did my bit for the environment too!
Thanks Ruthy, yes I'm due tomorrow - no signs yet though, but desperately hoping I don't go too long over as I'm seriously fed-up with being soooo uncomfortable already I don't think I could hack another 2 weeks:eek:
I'll definitely post a photo when she does decide to pop along.
Haven't posted an update so far this month as have been a bit busy getting stuff ready. I've stocked up the freezer and did an epic shop at a home improvement shop as now my hubby is off I can get him to odd jobs around house that we have been meaning to do for a while, and as they had 15% we bought our daughter a playhouse for the garden, so we won't meet our target for this month, or maybe next month as I fear it's going to be an expensive time for us!

Well done to everyone making payments
DH is currently hiding in the shed all dejected as we sold his motorbike last night and the bloke is coming to collect it this morning. He is loving his smart car and fully accepts that his ankles cannot deal with riding a bike anymore but he's owned a bike near enough constantly since he was 16 (in his 40's now ) so is a bit heartbroken that that part of his life may be over
I did say that once we are debt free (and got a good wedge off the mortgage but didnt add that bit in :shhh:) if the hospital are able to do something about his ankles I will save a couple of grand and buy him a bike for 'fun' (before if he got a car he had to sell the bike, if he then wanted a bike again he had to sell the car etc) and still have his little car for work.
Might have to offer him a cup of tea just to tempt him back up to the houseSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £25/£10000 -
Nuts, Just checked my online statement and I mixed up the cards in purse and now I have an over limit fee. Thankfully it won't go on my file and I get to keep my interest rate as it the capital one progress card.
So I've made a payment and got it back and cut the rest of my cards up. So might as well do my update now ready for the bank on Wednesday

Morning everyone, hope you are all well and don't have thick heads this morning from too much revelling!
Missed quite a lot of the Thames procession on Sunday cos an electricity connection for our cul-de-sac blew up and we had no leccy till after 10.30pm! Yesterday I spent the day with my grandma and got the Samsung Galaxy S2 in white as my upgrade. It cost £59.99 but with my works discount I will get £75 in credit on my bill in a months time so in my eyes, the upgrade actually made me money!!! Doesn't excuse the rest I spent...oops! I bought a hiking jacket as we are doing Snowdon in a few weeks and I've been looking for ages but they were all £90+ for decent ones. I found a gorgeous blue Regatta jacket in Matal@n for £26!!! It's really lovely and I was dreading looking at the price... Found a mark on the sleeve though so asked for a discount and they knocked off another 10%! I know it's not much but it's another £2.60 in my pocket!
Anyway, got a busy day planned so must dash! I hope you've all been enjoying the bank holiday weekend and the concert last night (how scary was Grace Jones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Just dyed my hair with a 2 year old dye  I should know better, I know what happens to chemicals when they degrade over time but I had it and there was no way I was throwing it out :rotfl:HSBC CC - £3000 / £3000

I've been watching it this morning - she was very scary, but then she always has been - lady gaga before her time. My hubby said 'oh no-one's dancing to it', but that's probably because some people there have never heard of her - she probably hasn't done anything for about 30 years!£2013 in 2013 £866.71/£2013

Hi Folks,
Just the usual loan payment made to Santander today so:-
#65 3173.87 / 12471.68 = 25.45%
I've past the halfway mark on the santander loan, now at 51.92%, just a shame BoM&D debt is stagnant which is keeping my overall percentage low. Anyhoooooo, onwards and upwards
