Just had a shock shopping in Tescos
Pleased to report that ebay has gone up to over £74 in 6 hours!!
Quite pleased as a lot of it is bulky stuff too, so the pile should shrink quite a bit.
Freecycler hasn't come to collect the 4 bags of cement, I will send her a reminder email now....
Have listed a pallet, drop leaf table, footstool and sewing box on freecycleThanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

I need to declutter my room for starters. Just got to unpack stuff from uni and then I am doing a thorough declutter. Added some textbooks on Amazon Marketplace, so hopefully someone will want those.0

What are we doing back on page 3.. I'm not getting my booblies out for anyone..
I have a few bits of DS1's to bung on ebay and a shirt of hubbys so I will shift those in a bit.. I have loads more watchers though no new bids.. but with 7 & 9 days left on most of my stuff that is acceptable. I have £600 left to pay on hubbys student loan so that is where the money is heading.. that will save me £150 a month in outgoings.. I want it paid off by August! £7.50 in bids so far.
In.. nothing
Out.. DS1 brought in 2 pairs of jeans which he wants me to ebay and buy him some new with the proceeds.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Sold 9 items in total - over 172 pounds raised!!!
Got to get these parcelled up for post tomorrow - two are courier jobs, so these have been organised for collection tomorrow also.
Well, it never ceases to amaze me sometimes - I put the following out into the driveway either ready for the council to collect or for us to take to the tip:
2 single mattresses
1 double mattress
1 dressing table stool
1 TV
2 headboards
1 electric blanket
1 pallet
Of these, we took one headboard and the electric blanket to the tip - the rest were taken by passers-by knocking and asking if they could have them (or just helping themselves!)
So, I have managed to save 12 pounds avoiding the council collection and we are just about to put a working, but old fridge-freezer out front in the hope someone might take an interest! Also putting an old patio heater outside (no longer works). If not, we will phone the council to collect.
Freecyclers are taking a part used roll of paper table cloth, a leaf table and footstool sometime today, the Christmas tree and decs go tomorrow.
The ebay pile is building up again too!!! I need to get moving on turbolister! Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!
