Pigpen, thankyou for posting this, you've made my (rather miserable) day! I'm glad I'm not the only one with areas in a piggle (I know that's the point of this thread but hard photographic evidence definitely helps) :D

I reckon you'll have people queuing up before long Zebedy, you almost had your first customer already if you lived closer to Bails! ;)

Yes, if it was someone who had done me favours before, that would be different of course.

I've done hardly anything productive today. Been looking at breadmakers (Angela that's your fault ;)) Helping a friend plan a holiday itinerary. Moved some savings around. That's about it! :p

Managed to get the boys bedroom done, now got a trip to the tip and the charity shop. I'm happy to have got this room done though it was really bugging me.

    Well done everyone.

    Handy to know.

I keep mine in the microwave. Got the idea from my dad who heard it somewhere - apparently, because the MW is airtight, its a good option. In a smallish kitchen like mine - I need appliances to multi-task where possible!!!

    • a £10 Pizza Hut voucher from Pigsback,
    • £29.50 worth of Clubcard vouchers (which I have swapped for £100 vouchers for Cafe Rouge that I will hopefully use for my MBA award meal with the family),
    • £75 Morgan Stanley cashback cheque,
    • A BBC Homes Magazine subscription voucher to swap for a year's subscription from Tesco Deals,
    • £32.07 cheque for recycling my mobile
Not bad for an hour worth of effort!
How come I never find this kind of voucher/cashback?
    It's all so very confusing...
