If you're planning on keeping it for 2 or 3 years then I would get it for peace of mind.:beer:0 -
In my defence about Dominos, I have not had one since Mr T's started the 'make your own pizza' for between £2/£4 they are AMAZING. I have never seen a pizza with sooooo much topping. I can't remember anyone else mentioning them on here but why make your own at home when you can get them this cheap from T's.If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:0

Along with the voucher issue at my local Extra I overheard a SA moaning last week that they had all been in trouble for reducing too early (at 7.30/8ish) and by too much. So this week they have not reduced until after 9 and then only a max of 50% off. I am hoping it is to put off some of the 'grabbers' and when they get into trouble for too much waste they will revert back. Just as well I have a freezer full that were at the right price
We bought a whoopsied cake a few weeks back and said to the sa about how cheap it was, he said " I don't do it, it's done by the computer". Not sure if that's just the cakes as that is nowhere near the meat and veg.0 -

For my part, I always notice people using apostrophes in plurals and keep noticing it in shops
I reply, "I can't! Look! They've written "For sale! A pair of shoe's." Then I proceed to rant some more. I'm such a pedant!kadison wrote:<more little snips>
She wrote me a long letter detailing my faults (because god forbid she'd actually SPEAK to me, the snooty cow!), in which she wrote.....

If you are not paying for it, you're not the customer; you're the product being sold.0 -
By the way, if anyone needs to buy those folding camping chairs. You know, the canvas ones with the two arms where you can place a can of coke/lager* - Mr T is selling them on line for £3.30.

Not tried the T's pizzas, but I'm a big fan of the A's version of the same thing, especially the meat feast, (or whatever it's called).Last ciggie - 28/01/2012

It"ll be the suits that programme the computer that don't want to reduce by much. It has always amazed me the differences across the country on T's pricing, even on the whoopsiesIf it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:0 -
Evening all!
Back from my girlie evening, which was good except that one of the group was missing as one of her 2 cats had to be put to sleep
Her other half (thankfully!) had a half-day and went home to find poor Pointy (called this as he was half-siamese) crying and unable to use his back legs. He rushed him to the vet who diagnosed a clot and tried to sedate him but they could see it was futile and he was in so much pain, they decided the kindest thing was to put him to sleep. My friend is such a cat person and I know she'll be crushed, it's so sad.
Luckily my friend Sue who's just out of hospital, was able to make it but ended the evening feeling really ill and unable to leave the loos, I think it was probably her first big meal since leaving hospital and it overtaxed her system. I hope she's not still suffering, we had gone out in two cats as a 3 and 2 so the one who had taken her stayed and we three left as we knew she'd just get more anxious/ill if she knew we were outside waiting for her.
A nice night had by us all though, t'was lovely :A
Thanks for linking the post :T
Awww that's terrible news of your friend's catPoor thing
What a kind thing to do though, out it out of it's misery :A Awww she must be distraught though. I love animals :A
And also sorry to hear your friend was feeling so ill following the mealBut still, it sounds like you had a fab night on the whole :T:j
Hmmm yeah my night out was a complete wash out. It's the first time in forever I actually felt excited about going out. Normally I'm looking for a excuse to stay at home and eat chocolate insteadI get terribly nervous and self concious and feel disgusting! But yesterday I just thought 'lets be avin ya!' and I just wanted to forget about all the rubbish and just live vicariously for once! I won't go into detail but far far far too much drink was involved (not me I add!) Finally got in at 3:45am and had to have a cup of tea to calm myself down and then a shower to warm myself up. Couldn't sleep so was up at 9, mind whirring away at what happened! Atleast I got everyone home safely:AMummy Fudge as usual! :P

   I had multiquoted some posts but had to restart my laptop as it had frozen so I lost them and I have no idea what they were about or who they were by   Hang on ........................ Manuka Honey :j that was one - £3.99 in Aldi? I'll be in there tomorrow looking for it then :j
Well, we never got down to car boot after allBy the time the District Nurse had been and we watched a little more of the cricket, Alan was too tired to go out, so he went for a nap. I let him sleep, although he'd said he'd only have an hour. Then I felt zonked out too, so I went to bed at 3.30pm and he got up and watched the end of the day's cricket which I had Sky+'d for him. He woke me at 5.30 pm and I'd had a lovely deep sleep
We went out at 7.15pm to the party at our friends' who run the car boot cafe - it was to celebrate exactly 2yrs since they took over the cafe and they have done so well there, opening it up 6 days a week instead of just car boot days, and they do lovely food tooAnyway, Alan just about managed half a can of 1664 lager  and had curry & rice and some b-b-q ribs, but he got tired very quickly and I had to get him home. Still, it was an hour and a half in the company of our friends so he had a good natter and feed, so it was good for him. He stayed up for an hour when we got back, watching The Masters golf, but had to go to bed in the end as he was shattered
Still, we enjoyed our day :j and I am finally off to bed now so I will wish you all a very good night - sleep well :money:Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12
