My mouth was bored so I ate 4 jelly beans, I dont like jelly beans
You make me laugh :rotfl:I am now one very grumpy person, Mr Tinyshoes has just informed me he ate the very last packet of Caramlised Dormen cashews to himself the other evening when I was tucked up in bed. :mad:
They were my favourite and even though i paid 40pish for them I thought they were a good buy. Ts only stock the smaller packets now and have the cheek of asking £1 for them. :mad::mad:
Thing is I have loads of the 1p spicy ones and I'm not keen on those but he likes them so why could he not have picked them. :mad::mad::mad:
Sorry rant over.
My DH does exactly the same, especially with crisps, eats all the flavours I like first then he is left with all the ones I don't like. Very conscious planning me thinks!penniesforme wrote: »agreed! i've seen

and worst of all
"buyed" instead of "bought":eek::eek:
ok, arguable the last one is a grammar mistake, but "buyed" is not even a word for crying out loud!
makes me think that they no longer teach english in schools nowadays.
:rotfl:Love that you edited due to grammar :rotfl:
Edited to add - Is everyone now reading all posts thoroughly for spelling and grammar mistakes or is that just me? (Mine not included :rotfl:)A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist0 -
Have been thinking that maybe glitches have been a bit on the lean side lately as we are all so well stocked up from previous ones that none of us have needed to stock up in quantity on things that may have been glitching and we may have missed them. Any thoughts?
It will be at least another year before I need to buy any pasta of any description. The OEPs are still feeding us well. Cupboards so full that I really do struggle to do a normal shop anymore.0 -

He said they were OOD but I was not bothered about that. I'm lucky as I actually like plain ready salted crips the ones that everyone else leaves. :rotfl:0 -

The only things I dont have to buy for a while are basmati rice and comfort
Although, since I found you lot, I havent spent half as much on shopping as I normally would have done. I was spending about £40 a week :eek: Now, I spend about that a month :j:jI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. There could be some truth in this - the less we buy the less likely it is we'll find a glitch!
I am quite sad though I like to check my wombled receipts for dodgy discounts and let someone else pay the bill! :TLearn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -
