    Hi.

Yes you have been missed. ;) So glad you are settling in ok. I did assume your car was the reason you must have been tearing your hair out that week. Will send you a PM when I have a bit more time, I'm sure we can arrange something to get the candy canes to your boys party bags. :)

Got a good DTD other day, I'm sure if you had still been here would have been long gone. :rotfl:

Nightmare up here. Lots of tescos but none have scanners! Did get some (120) quality street bars a few weeks ago on ss! Half to school and other half was put to hospital charity for easter.

Tbh, ive saved a lot of money by not going to tesco!!! All the extras i buy while im there soon add up but saying that i had my first satisfying whhopsie shop. Cucumbers for 3p large organic strawberries and rasps for 34p will suffice until mine start to grow! Bagged salad 20p organic banana pack 26p. Lovely jubbly. Fbridge never happened for me with whoopsies. Easter egg aisle was demolished!
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

Why thank you! Not sure i will be in here as much. Need to soldier on and sell. The house is waaaaaayyyy too small but the land and location is to die for.

Cant extend due to it being listed and in conservation area. We were spoilt in our other house.
As long as you get planning permission there's no reason why you can't extend a listed building. I'm a stonemason and have worked on a couple.

On my phone at the mo but if you want more info pm me.

But why? It only protects (partially 3/5*) against the UV rays which cause cancer (UVA), but almost none (0/5*) of those that contribute to aging (UVB). I'd prefer to get full protection if I'm honest.
Is it just because of the all day protection thing?

Depending on my how much exposure to the sun i am getting, i sometimes put it on twice a day, I have fair skin which is very freckly and burn too quickly. And this is the only stuff where I have still developed a tan rather than just fry.

I used 2 bottles of it when I was on holiday last year, and had to buy a third, mainly because I got stuck out there in 33 degree heat. I still applied it twice a day, especially after being in the sea....I know it says that you dont have to reapply after being in the sea, but I have tried that many suncreams, its nice to finally find one that I am happy with and suits me

Its the land issues, movement! Would cost £30k before started to built with surveys etc and logistically a nightmare. Imagine if you can our house. Front door is road level, but is our upstairs. The only way down to main floor is via 42 steps. Getting any building stuff down would be a cost in itself. We looked into it a few years ago. The surveys take a year minimum to measure movement. Its also a conservation area and UNESCO site ( coalbrookdale ) planning is extra strict.

    Thanks for offer thoguh

Can't beat a good whoopsie shop. :D Fb came up trumps other week for me, 95% off and multibuy kicked in, had to add a bottle of comfort to my shop so I owed them something so even got 10p off that. £38 worth of shopping for free and most of it decent meat. :T

But to be honest whoopsie time at TP been rubbish lately no meat for ages too many people chasing the bargains, everyone shoved in front of me other evening had my eye on a childs sausage and mash meal for mum but someone else grabbed it. :( Think Fb was a one off though it was pretty late.

I always have trouble hiding real bargains as I hardly ever buy any extras. ;) We had been eating cheese or peanut butter or marmite sandwiches until couple nights ago when got some whoopsied ham and chicken. I just can't bring myself to pay full price.

Good luck with the growing your own. :)
