I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Peeps, peeps!

There was just an advert - the 25% wine festival is back at T's!

    Let's do our homework.

OH wow! You made my day. Happy Easter.
    ...and hello everybody.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D

SD...Hope your purse turns up. Did you drive to T's....if so have you checked it hasn't fallen under the car seat or down the side of the door? I've had that happen to me.

Good tip, I've found my purse in the footwell or under the seat before today. Try and stay calm and retrace your steps mentally.

Hugs - it's a horrible feeling when your purse goes missing :A
    Hope is not a strategy.

    Right.....I've started checking the wines.....
Found one to start off with

    Black Tower Rose
    Asda 3 for £10 - 6 bottles £20.00
    Tesco £5.99 - 6 bottles £35.94

    JTD £15.96
    25% discount £ 8.98

    Total to pay £11.00 = £1.83 a bottle
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

I checked the car, moved it out of the parking space and was even on my hands and knees checking under the cars beside mine but it's nowhere to be seen. Nothing handed into CS or security.
I'm just glad I didn't get a chance to go to an ATM today or I would have lost a lot of money because I was planning to order a lot of stuff for the new house so I'm grateful for that and that's why I'm still smiling :)

    qoc,

I haven't got it connected to the computer, it's just got a USB memory stick connected, which is fine to play on my laptop (I've checked).

    Thanks. x

Have you tried putting music through it in any other way - as in ipod, mp3 player or cds etc just to see if it actually works xxx

    goodnight everyone,
I've got an appointment with Dr House and a lovely warm duvet but first have to check on my baby fish - I let them into the main tank from their hatchery and just want to make sure they're not being picked on :)
I hope everyone has a very good Easter hols

    Evening all :D

Spirallingdown I am so sorry to hear about your purse. Good to see you looking on the brightside though - that you hadn't withdrawn your money. It's so frustrating when things like this happen but staying positive is so important - it would be all too easy to worry yourself stupid about it and that wouldn't change anything

Purdita do we know when the 25% starts? I've seen the adverts for 50% off certain wines but not the 25% off 6 (is that what you've seen??) There are some cracking deals on the 50% off wines if it starts soon - the Hardy's Stamp are already 50% off so to get a further 25% would be amazing
