“I don't think there's anything on this planet that more trumpets life that the sunflower. For me that's because of the reason behind its name. Not because it looks like the sun but because it follows the sun. During the course of the day, the head tracks the journey of the sun across the sky. A satellite dish for sunshine. Wherever light is, no matter how weak, these flowers will find it. And that's such an admirable thing. And such a lesson in life."
Sunflower, you chose your name so wisely. Stay strong and positive, like your namesake. Hugs and kisses to you xx
Thanks, that has made me cry, but in a good wayI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Crocs rule
I agree. I always thought they were hideous until my sis bought me a pair for my bday. I do catering jobs for my sis from time to time and refuse to wear trainers ( as I am short and plump and they look awful on me) so she bought them for me to wear for that.
They are absolutely fab when you are on your feet all day and I now own the ballet pumps too.0 -
