hi everyone. went into T's today in B3xh1ll and found the bags of love hearts that are scanning at 12p, i only got 5 bags as that will last my boys a while, left behind 2 half full clipstrips in 2 separate aisles:)
Don't think will get much sleep tonight have one poorly little boy still awake

I wondered if anyone could help me please, I know quite a few people have quit smoking:jWell done to you all. I wondered if anyone had taken zyban to stop and what the side effects were. I've been given an option of two tablets to take for my cfs and zyban is one. They've run out of options now and I don't fancy the other one as they have to regularily monitor liver function.
Obviously one side effect should be that I stop smoking.
    Thank you.

Are you looking for mute on the speakers or your computer?

On your screen, have you got a set of icons along the bottom right hand corner and an arrow pointing to the left? If you have, press the arrow and see if a little speaker symbol comes up...click that and it should take you to your sound settings. Or you can go through control panel to get the same

    qoc,

I haven't got it connected to the computer, it's just got a USB memory stick connected, which is fine to play on my laptop (I've checked).

    Thanks. x

I am thanks Qof C.. dragged myself into work today and I'm off til Tues now.. although my planned T shop for Wed went out the window so went at lunch today, then again after work. All the planning and sums made my brain hurt, though I'm expecting decent JTD's back from both shops

i know that one, my brain took some serious bashing last night trying to work out my shop for today. And I still got it wrong

My shop was planned for tonight, then changed to tomorrow, ended up being tonight but i still have to go back tomorrow ! I only need to get the muller lights tomorrow, at £1 a pack, its too good a price not to. I really begrudge the £3.50 something for the same 6 yogs and only ever buy them when they are on offer, and this is a fab one :j

Hope 4 days off help to make you feel better :j

I used Champix and apart from a bit of nausea there was no real side effects and I have been smoke free for 34 months :)

“I don't think there's anything on this planet that more trumpets life that the sunflower. For me that's because of the reason behind its name. Not because it looks like the sun but because it follows the sun. During the course of the day, the head tracks the journey of the sun across the sky. A satellite dish for sunshine. Wherever light is, no matter how weak, these flowers will find it. And that's such an admirable thing. And such a lesson in life."

Sunflower, you chose your name so wisely. Stay strong and positive, like your namesake. Hugs and kisses to you xx
