    Surely you need to check your own bank account/credit card to check what you have been charged ??

    It sounds like the invoice for £2 is an error to me, but the only person who can check your accounts are you.

    Thank you, I do know that:T I wasn't able to access my online banking at that time as I was away from home, which was why I asked. There are usually reasons for asking questions, sometimes they may not be immediately apparent but they are usually there;)

    You didn't order the NODDY books by any chance did you??

    They were on 'offer' at £4.99 but I thought it was the whole set , turns out you get the first few only & then the rest on a monthly basis!

    I THINK they had run out of further books in the series though so you shouldn't be charged but I will ring and check as I don't want to be charged further either as I sent mine back! xx

    My extra set of unsolicited knives are being collected by Hermes.
    I am a little suprised they are bothering but if anyone got knives they didn't want after cancellation then email them to get them collected.
