I spluttered with laughter at this! Love it!!!Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -

Hum very true..., and at least they don't answer back
Bad few days to own a horse... Blowing a gale and flooded everywhere! Couldn't even get to yard yesterday!
On a sorta money saving note, my friend has sold her horse coz she's preggers and has decided to sell everything in her tack room / field. I bought it all
However I think it's quite money saving coz she charged me £400 for the lot and it would've cost me ££££'s new!
I now have everything I need and even some stuff I don't need (do you need 4 pairs of brushing boots?)
My house is now a tack roomMortgage starting balance 2011 ... £170k today £1.5k
