Brilliant :j. Now, do you want it :D.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    Cheers
I think I've resigned myself to do it for a year. Hopefully I'll be able to cope with all the coughing, nose blowing, music blaring commuters on the train for that long :D:D

Got the job! Pleased and a bit shocked! Need to sort my life out now :)
    :jHurrah!!!

And I see you've decided to take it so
And if its a year ...thats what.... 46 weeks with hols and bank hols etc?? Bet it flys past!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Thats a great way of looking at it! I have officially accepted this morning after confirming they will pay for all my travel :) Probably could downgrade my car now too as I'll only mainly use it for the yard...

Thanks! Got the confirmation letter today too and it confirms they will pay my travel :j

In terms of the land, I'm not quite sure....
The estate agent emailed me yesterday saying my solicitor had everything she needed but she still told me she was waiting for some stuff (and she kicks as£ so I'm inclined to believe her!)
I did tell the estate agent we needed to move horses the first week of Dec tho or we would reconsider so maybe he is getting nervous. Thought I would push it coz I'm fed up with the other solicitor delaying all the time!! Maybe it has worked?!! Birthday in 1 week and 2 days so I would love to be able to move the horses then :)
