I worry about Boris, the big spider in the garage :rotfl:.

Better luck with the offer this time :T

    Omg I hate spiders!
It's good news... My final offer has just been accepted! About 10% less than the asking price so very happy!

Are you offering alone or with a sharer?

Change of use to equestrian AFTER you have bought it is likely to increase its value.

Mobile stables are ok if they are not fixed down (though who will check?) According to planning. You can also increase its value by getting leccy and water if it doesnt have these already.

Got our field valued yesterday so will let you know!!

Offering with sharer as she found it so has kindly agreed to go halves with me!
It does have 4 mobile stables there at the moment. It has water but no leccy but there is a power thing next to it so we may be able to get proper leccy with a bit of luck!
I hope we can get it changed to equestrian use and our local council (according t'internet) reckons they are up for horsey stuff round here so we might be in luck!

Great news (glad I like jigsaws - much cheaper hobby :rotfl:)

    Exciting!

Sounds like leccy easily sorted. I was quoted about sixty quid to connect up as we have power line nearby.
  • Wow, just read the whole thread. I am exhausted! Well done you & I love that you didn't get so blinkered that you forgot about fun but you still stayed focused.
I am feeling inspired, time to pore over my spreadsheets
