Just got round to reading the whole thing!
Wow - you're kind of like an MFW hero / legend or something
Love the nay-sayers/doubters at the beginning! You sure showed them!!! :T Well on your way to achieving your goal.
Ohhhh and your horse sounds a bit like my cats except they couldn't crush me with their body weight when they do their crazy stunts!
Is your lodger vain at all - you could try telling her that the heating will dry out her skin and she will get premature wrinkles?Mortgage March 2013: [STRIKE]£55,956 [/STRIKE]£38,500 (aim to pay off by 2020)

Lol thanks, not sure about that, maybe just crazily obsessed!
I'm not keen on negative people.. I know I'm sometimes stupidly optimistic but better than being a mood hoover
That's a real good thought about the lodger and the heating (and yes she still has it on!) ... I might also say staying in the shower for hours will give her pruney wrinkle
You know what they say about pets being like their owners... Maybe they are crazy because of us :rotfl:Mortgage starting balance 2011 ... £170k today £1.5k

OMG my boy was soooo good on our ride out today! He was a different horse (shame I have no idea why!!)
My friend even popped him over a couple of jumps afterwards (I can't jump yet and I think there's more to it that close eyes and hold on tight) He was perfect
Got a pay out from TCB today too...£111 for taking sky BB - it has taken 9 months to pay out! and £6 from my magazine subs (thanks GG) - it only cost me £6 to start with so free subscription and a free gift - bargain :money:

Just enjoyed reading your diary from day one. Inspirational! I don't think we'll get there as fast as you will (unless we can make the next baby share with a lodger??) but that's the beauty of reading a variety of diaries, everyone's got tips to steal! I'm off to check cash back websites.
You mention ever so often spending a long day in London and having to fork out for meals. I was having a nose at our company policies and if we're away from our usual office or travelling at unsociable hours we can claim up to £18 for brek, lunch or tea. Do you have a similar policy where you work? A colleague of mine buys a pack of rolls and a cream cheese when she's working at our office and has the next day's lunch free too!!MFW start date:22.6.13 - £138555 9.7.13 - £125937

well, enjoy festival anyway, and a very ms way to do it. Attending a festival is on my bucket list for this year, but i forked out a fortune for 2 tickets - only to read an email appeal for first aiders to attend free - think we should have done that!
