In a nice rainy Glasgow today!
Hotel very nice and central so thats good. Got my first meetings around my new job tomorrow so glad I'm here tonight and not rushing on the early flight tomorrow am!
Its always money saving when I go away as I get paid petrol to the airport and don't have to pay to go to into work. Also get my food paid for so that'll help with the £100 monthly target!
Trade off though its that is very boring sitting in a hotel room all evening! Might have to go for a wander....

I would sleep if I had a hotel room to myself. DH is marking til 11.30 and I feel I have to stay up in solidarity and alarm is set for 6.

Another day another payment. Between us we have managed to save an extra £1000 out of spending money / doing extra work / underspending on food budget this year.

I know I should be pleased but its all just feeling like a slog today! Maybe because its raining and there's still a long time until payday :mad:

Farrier been out to stick on a shoe that horsey 'lost' I.e. tore off running round the field like a numpty!

He didn't charge but said he would add it to my next bill which is at least after pay day

Right back to the wine gums

Ugh a whole packet in half hour... My jaw hurts from chewing so much. Prob won't be able to sleep for a week after all that sugar!

Nice cheap day just present for Father's Day and petrol to get there. Other than that just dog walking and horse riding. Beans of toast for tea tho as oh away

Thanks, its been a bit up and down but hopefully back on track!

Defo feeling MSE today coz although I have a hangover I'm resisted the urge to splash out on (rubbish!) canteen food and have eaten the left over gold coins from an incentive we ran at work. They are pretty gross but addictive - for some reason we are all sat here eating them today! Got about 600 left!! :cool:
