I can see that I've got the interest via mobile banking. However, it's not 3% or 3.2%, it's 3.1%. O_o

Time to get on the phone once again, if they're open that is. I wonder if it's because I only opened my Reward Current Account in September (so I only get roughly half of the 0.2% bonus). They did tell me at the time though that I'd get 3.2% for the whole year. >_>

You would get 3.2% from Sept to April wouldnt you? And the rest will be paid in Sept this year

Possibly. Even if that's the case though, they're still out by £2-3. They apparently can't check it because although it's appeared on online banking, it hasn't appeared on their system.

I got my Reward interest. That was a bit of a relief, I was having visions of it not appearing!

The interest is there now. Just what I worked out with the 0.2% bonus too! :)

They now say they can't check because their ISA team is unavailable until Tuesday. Bit annoying since I wanna move this money into the Santander 3.3% ISA ASAP. In the mean time I'll convert it to an ISA Saver Online cos 3% is better than 0.5%!

So am I the only one where they've completely cocked up?

I transferred in 16k on October the 13th and it's paid in a measly £39 pounds today....

I'm so fed up of Halifax. As soon as this is sorted I'm out of there.
I just have problem after problem with them.

What interest rate does it show on the account?

When I took it out I believe it was 3% plus the 0.2% bonus.
In account details it does now show Interest rate: 0.5% Gross
