Anyone had their interest from Halifax yet?

No interest here, but I opened my account on 6/4/11 so not expecting anything before Thursday (or possibly next Tuesday with it being a bank holiday weekend).

I also want the 0.2% extra but moved my ISA to Santander recently, so I filled in the transfer form to move all but £1 of the Halifax ISA (since I have previous as well as current tax year contributions). That has worked so far and my Halifax account is showing £1 right now.

Come next Tuesday I will fill in another transfer request with Santander requesting they close the account down and move the balance to them, by which time I should have received my annual interest plus the 0.2% extra since the account will have been open on its anniversary.

Thanks all, my interest has appeared today!

Now to decide what to do as I'm also one of the one's who has reverted to the 0.5% rate now.

My interest rate dropped to 0.5% so completed a transfer form online to change it to the ISA saver online at 3%. It was changed within hours and Ive kept the same sort code and account number.

Why have some been paid interest and some havent? Thought it was all paid on the 5th April? Has been with my Halifax ISA over the years

My best guess on this (based on my own experiences/discussions with 'helpdesk' staff) is that a certain amount of manual intervention is supposed to be going on behind the scenes. (And we all know what sometimes happens when humans are involved ... )

If any of the Halifax employees on MSE would like to enlighten us, I would be grateful.

I have had a quick check to see if my interest has been paid in on my Halifax ISA and i havent had anything yet! The maturity date for my ISA was today so i'm a bit worried! Hopefully should get paid in tomorrow as i am looking to transfer my ISA tomorrow to Santander.

Is the interest only paid after 12 month period? I took out 3 isa for member of family on 17 April. We got two letters for 2 isas to say it will be on a different isa after then. There is also a bonus paid too of 0.5%

I converted my 0.5% Halifax ISA to a 3% saver online yesterday.
Today it's been converted and interest applied.

Not sure about the 2% bonus as I should qualify. I'll check over the next week and a half.

I have just posted a new thread about this, I have 2K in my Halifax ISA Saver Online, so I am expecting £60 tomorrow.

I have only had the account open 2 months so hoping there isn't any other criteria I have to meet.

I also have an online saver with about 4K in it, about at the same time, but unfortunately Interest isn't paid on that until a full year has passed since the account was opened :-(

Wont get paid tomorrow, last day of financial year is the 5th, so will get paid on the 6th
