Kelly I hope things get better for you soon. Stay strong and positive, and remember we're all here to listen.

daisieblue have your firm sorted the wages problem out?
I've just spoken to the bank, and apparently it's being processed. Nightmare. I think it's time to dust off my CV, I can't go through this every month, and the cash flow forecast for next month is not too fab! It wouldn't be so bad, but being in the financial situation personally, I really can't afford to not be paid.

Looks like I might be job hunting over the weekend :(

Hope every one else is having a good day, and enjoying the sunshine (the sunshine I can see out of my office window, sadly not actually in it!)

  • Excellent news daisieblue thank goodness for that! I don't blame you looking for another job who needs agro like that every month - have you been with them long?
Kelly hope you're feeling a little better - I have days like that too - hope your sun shines again soon!
lonely I've looked on your bank charges thread and I think I'm going to go for it but .... still I hesitate - god I'm such a libran - so indecisive. The silence from hsbc is deafening and should I rock the boat!!? Having said that my charges amount to over £2,000 and would clear the o/d (+ leave some extra) which is included on the dmp so sod it I'll do it. Decision made now I just have to write the letter!
Hope everyone is having a good day and enjoying the sunshine, better make the most of it with the snow forecast for next week - yay sledging!!!
    xx
PS: Off topic - anyone else imagine what everyone looks like/gender etc on here - well talk about shock I'd always thought Weller was male (just cause of the Paul Weller picture). What I fool I felt when I realised he was a she -no offence intended Weller - just wondered if anyone else had a similar experience?

Don't ask me why but I made this mad assumption that everyone on this thread is female apart from JoeK. Am I wrong then? :rotfl:

Well, Barclays have sent me another letter mumbling on about the fact that unless I pay the full amount, they've tar and feather me.

Still no pack from Citibank bank yet, which is annoying - I've called them twice now and both times have had confirmation that 'yes' I have been accepted and that a welcome pack is on it's way...yet until I see the damn pack with my account number on, I'm pretty much in limbo - still got my internet failed debit at the moment - I can work around that..I think someone from them has tried to call me today, and will call later. Think I can deal with him okay. If it means a couple of days off line, then so be it.

But, y'know...not too bad really. I'll pop the Barclays letter in the post to CCCS, and they can faff about with it!

Hope everyone's day isn't going too badly :)
