evening everyone. will apolgise first off for lack of capitals as typing one-handed. dd just woke up in a panic and wont let me put her back to bed.

cq, joek and amani re egg - i have 3 debts with them, a loan, cc and dh's cc. Only my cc of less than £500 went to a dca - Moorcroft. They keep offering settlement figures of around the £350 mark but CCCS say not to do it as others will expect me to find that money more often. The other two debts are still with egg but I never hear anything from them. They total about 15,000.

I only ever phone CCCS and have never forwarded any of my mail to them, just let them know the details. I keep all mail in a filing cabinet so it is at hand if needed.

Well done hunteress with sky thats great news.

DD has now gone to sit on couch and watch cartoons. I'll let her do that for a wee while until I head off to bed. Not planning on being much later as we have all to be out of the house by 9.00 tomorrow - usually only ds who has to be out by then so there isn't a routine in place.

Hi Scottishmummy,
I'm the same as you CCCS told me they don't need copies of anything just to let them know if debt is passed to a DCA so they know who to pay. Just file mine letters in afiling cabinet and forget about them.

DS is off to school as usual, DH is of to get his taxi repaired after his bump last week and DD and I are off on a trip with toddlers. Looking forward to the bus journey with 24 under 3 year olds NOT:eek:
