Good afternoon everyone,
It's been a busy ole day for us we had 17 letters to deal with .Hubby phone Nationwide up about cc , she was really rude stating she was not there to talk about his arrears and put the phone down.We have sent them 3 letters this month but they haven't read any of them.Has anyone else had any dealings with Nationwide?

Don't know if you have to buy uniform from a special shop but i am lucky as my DD's are at primary school and most of the stuff we can pick up in supermarkets quite cheap. Brought 4 pairs of Girls white socks from Tesco(I do shop elsewhere i promise you) For £1 yesterday.

Afternoon. Not had any dealings with Nationwide but she sounded a right pain. I wonder how these people are trained and how they feel when they get home.

Hi ym

Good day to one and all.
I have today received my bank charges form HSBC. They have plopped staright into my a/c thus leaving me with much less overdraft to pay back - woo hoo.
The thing is though. I have been on my DMP for 2 months with the CCCS and they have helped me through this time when I have literally had no money, not even any change for bread etc (had to borrow lots). However, I am now due to start a new job that will pay me much more than I am now and I will be in a position to pay more to my creditors.
Does it make sense to stay with the CCCS, who I know have negotiated 0% interest with my creditors, or shall I go it alone and pay off my creditors with my increased salary and allowing myself a little more each month to live on as the CCCS will take every penny that I don't officially need to live on?
Hi Franny
How long have you been chasing the charges from HSBC?? I am about to send the second letter - did you have to go to the court stage? Mine are for 0ver £2,000. Any advice on this much appreciated.

hi all,
just thought id say hello.nothing much to report.no post today, so no news ias always good news!!!
hope you are all doing well.got a bargain from superdrug.full marks head lice treatment was reduced from £10.99 to £1.74 cos it was shortcoded and was the last one.(if you have no chilren or have passed this particular wonderful stage of child-rearing then i am so jealous!)
i cant get it free on prescription where i live so it works out really expensive to keep up.you can guarrantee that if ds gets the little blighters, so will i.thought it would have stopped when he got to secondary school but seems even worse.you only need one out of the class who cant be bothered and its like bashing your head against a brick wall.
anyway it really cheered me up.(i know, i should get out more!!!)
catch you all later.regards.xxPeople bring great joy into our lives..some by arriving, others by leaving.im trying to be one of the former, so please bear with

franny keep with cccs - you can still up your payments to them but let them know you have been struggling with your budget and need to increase it slightly.
