if they call again, dont think they will speak to me as its DH they want to speak too. I might try and tell them we are on a DMP with CCCs and give them the number see what they say.

Perhaps if we say that we have not received a nice tax rebate cheque that may happen

hi all,
ohs on a few days off so havent been on com cos when i get on this im on hours so had to catch up loads.
got default from mint card today.lowest debt,£419 and repayment was only about £8 so they get £5 from cccs dmp, and still they arnt satisfied.they put my credit limit dowm from£450 to£400 so i am now over their limit and its my fault even though i told them ive cut the card and wont want credit again.that was such a sneaky trick to pull, dont you think?have tried to fone twice today to discuss but all the systems are down.they came back on and crashed again!!!
am waiting to see what they say before i sent the notice to cccs so i can keep them informed.up to now they are the worst.mint loan also sent me a default the other day so have sent that to cccs.
think have heard from all others except solutions and have all accepted(prob realise they have no choice!)
at least ive saved loads of interest.
think mint loan are peeved cos they must have received the letter i sent last week asking them to stop the interest and realised if they dont,they may as well sue me in court, cos then it wil stop anyway, and at least i will know how much i really owe.
i think that half the battle cos you never know how much the total is and have to keep going on the cccs website to alter the balances.
how you are all coping and seem to be doing really well, judging by your posts.
btw, went to grandmas funeral yesterday.thought i would be fine but when i went into crematorium.......yes you guessed!!!need i say more.

had my second dd out to cccs on 10th of this month and the first payment went really smoothly.all the creditors received their money on 26th march.

amani,forgot to say about dmp.before cccs i was on my own dmp from 1996 but started with cccs cos you send one payment for them to distribute instead of me taking 13 giro slips to bank on different days to pay and foning 0870 numbers for more slips,etc.good luck with yours.x
