Welcome crafting queen!
You are in the right place!! I haven't had too many phonecalls only from HSBC at the moment, but you don't have to talk to them over the phone, anything majorly important they will contact you in writing. So for me im just ignoring them!!!

Hi 95kelly
snap my 2nd call almost exactly the same time  , my dmp started 1st march too, lots of coincidences - noticed you're in the midlands me too??? I'm in Coventry. Do you have caller id? All the no's to me are 0800 and I haven't answered any, nor will I. They are automated so even if you answer you may not get a reply (computer dials a few and whoever answers first gets the op I think). This HSBC are definately the worst, have you seen the managed loan thread I moaned on there yesterday - trying to think of a name for HSBC something like Horrible Sadistic B(w)anking Corporation   .
Hello to everyone.

Hi.
Hope everybody is OK and enjoying the Easter break. Unfortunatly I am back to work tomorrow so today is the last day of my little break. Did not manage to get on yesterday as I went out with the brood. Had a lovely day but,my god, so much walking and climbing.
Just to keep you updated. Recieved letter from EGG today asking to get my payments up to date. Managed to pluck up courage to ring and was pleasently surprised as they were very understanding. They informed me that if my account is not brought up to date it will be passed to a DCA. This panicked me somewhat as i now have visions of Baliffs knocking on my door. I am assuming the Payplan will now deal with the DCA people and they will accept DMP. Any advice very welcome if only to put my mind at rest.
Scottishmummy Many thanks regarding my EGG account. The lady today did say that in these situations they do stop interest and charges:j . She was very nice and hopefully everyone else will be the same:rolleyes:
Sea. Hope everthing is well and I have had a good hard look at myself and will come out better the other side. Thanks also for posting your thread as it has been a great help to me.
craftingqueen. Welcome. I would be up the wall now if it were not for everbody on this thread.
And to you all Happy Easter :easter:
Blimey that was a long post. Speak to you soon
