    HI all

kevster - please don't think like that - ring CCCS and have a chat with them about it all. Or ring the Samaritans if you're feeling really down. Also I think your famil ywould much prefer you to the house. I think it might be worth starting your own thread about this and getting support from the whole DFW community.

I have just rung CCCS about the website- they can't help and said to just keep trying. HSBC have rejected my DMP offer (the o/d and loan). ****ers. Also the man chatted about an IVA as it'll take another 11 years based on my payments but I explained due to equity this wasn't an option, but I did double my monthly payment due to paying off student loan :) Maybe HSBC will accept.

YellowMonkey - yay on the tesco money - what you going to use it for?

Winkus - never too late to retrain! :)

  • Sea the only thing I can think of re logging on is did you change your password when you first went on (they send you one to get onto the site and you can change it) perhaps thats the problem - a long shot! I haven't heard one way or another from HSBC and all my debt is with them - the silence is deafening. They have received my first payment from cccs though - their silence is deafening!! Well done on increasing your payment!

we were also thinking about an IVA as my hubby has just started work and we thought it might be better. what do you mean due to equity????????? we have equity in our house. what difference does that make?????????????

    Hi

Kevstar. I just realised my good news was posted directly under yours. I would think that is not what you want to hear. Sorry for that. Hang in there It is only a debt and not dealing with it will make it worse.

    Good luck

  • Amani not experienced but I think they can tie up some of your debt in your property, doesn't force sale, but does mean you repay the debt when you sell the house.

Amani all you are really waiting on then is a letter from CCCS thanking you for returning the forms etc etc. They include a copy of your budget in with it. Give them a shout and say you haven't heard from them.

Scottishmummy, what is the review like? I don't expect anything much to change in the next 6 months. If nothing has changed do they just leave everything as it is or do they have to start writing to creditors and all that jazz again. God help us all I can see us about August time all sitting on here back to square one. I think I'll email them in advance of the 6 month thing just telling them things haven't change to see if I can stave off the thought of a phone call. What a laugh I am I'm scared of a call from CCCS when I have dealt with the biggest sharks in the ocean this past number of weeks. :rotfl: :rotfl:

We have about £300K in equity in our house. With this being my debt and OH not knowing though I don't think there is really any other option than the DMP.
  • Sea any luck with my post and the CCCS website?
