Just been to the bank to take some money out for my bread, requested £30 and the machine gave me £15   so had to go into the shop its in the side of (that I used to work at thankfully
) and they rang the owners of the machine who checked their system and it does show it only gave me £15
Nearly had a heart attack as couldnt see how I would prove it otherwise, the missing money should be back in the account tomorrow which is a relief.
Well got me bread and had a lovely £2 coin and 2 x 50p's in me change so pot and bratfinks uniform fund both got fed tonightSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £25/£10000 -
Evening everyone, I hope you're all enjoying a lovely weekend.
Oh dear Spider_al, please don't worry any more about your pot, as you say, it's a lesson learned and you certainly sound as though you won't be doing that anymore!Don't let it spoil things for you as I'm sure it'll still be a surprise with all just about 7 months to go. Seal it up and you'll be ok. Be happy!
girlatplay wrote: »Second pot of SPC5 up and runningI'm not worried about breaking the seal on this one at the end of November so I can pot notes now too :j
Hiya Gap, it didn't take you long to fill one already this year, well done you! So, it's notes 'n all going in now then! I'm making a mental note to watch out for you Total in November, it sounds as though you're out to top it! I hope little Gap's helping out. :A
Ahhh that was so lovely to read of how your dear FIL enjoyed his 90th, little-sweetie, I'm so very pleased for him and all of you. Good for him on planning for his 100th - why not, bless him!!! :jMy heart went out for little GS though, I do so hope he's feeling much better now. Mine have all had sickness and my DH has gone to collect our DGD from her part-time job, so I hope she's not next in line...or we may be too!Key sera sera for sure.
Brown sauce is also good to clean it up, allybee!
Can you not save you work on posts etc as you go, Observer? I usually do mine that way by right clicking the "select all" and then click on "copy" as I often used to lose the lot. Not sure how you use the MSE forum since they overhauled it, but I went to the part in User CP and changed mine back to the old way, far better! How about you?? Good to see you again. :grinheart
Ahhhh, poor you nu1isit? I hope you too are soon feeling so much better. Glad to hear the family are doing well. You'll always be a Saint to me, just like sparky is.
Wooooo-haaaaay tinks112 :j you're most definitely a member of our girlie side of SPC now you've sorted your OH's pockets - for HIM!!!!!
That soon came round, LC 2! You do make me laugh with your DH..he with you too as he knows you know best really, but just like a little one, pushes and pushes! Still, buying em's one thing....I wonder if he'll actually wear them. :rotfl:
Please give Lily a cuddle for me, jakes-mum, poor little darling. I hope she's soon feeling a little better.
That time soon flew by, Janey!` I expect it'll feel odd leaving the house, but never mind you have the gym to look ahead to, and yes, it is brave. Have you been at all yet, if so are you enjoying it?
Oh dear sparky...and I'll bet you're rubbing your hands already with the excitement!!It'll come in handy for sure.

It must be the fact he can see only one of me now
However, he did say he can now see all my wrinkles, the blighter  We are pretty broke until the end of the month but only 9 days to go and counting down :rotfl:
Have a lovely weekend everyone x

Another lot of good news then, jakes-mum, with your Lily being so much better now the antibiotics have kicked in to her system! Try not to worry too much about Jake, if he does he does is the best way, though we'll hope not.Have a peaceful (or otherwise) evening and a lovely Sunday folks.Sue x

Morning everyone.
JM hope that Miss Lily is feeling better.
Well out all day freezing to death at the first round of the Cheshire track and field athletics meet with DS. So proud he got a SB for High jump ( considering he hasn't done it for a yr and not clearing it in practise for the last 2 weeks has done brilliant) He came 1st in his heat of 200m and the boys won the 4x100m relay. So fantastic result and one very pleased 12 yr old.:T:T:T
Potting £1.42 dinner money change for Fri from DS, £2 from DD1 change and £2 from me. Think my pot was feeling neglected again.

£5.74 potted today. On the very slow run down to payday now.
Hope everyone is well. Enjoy what's left of the weekend.SPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
This is really not turning out to be a good month at all for me with my savings.
Had a 3 days off sick 2 weeks ago, and because I'm only a temp/contractor, I do not get paid if I do not work, so Mondays payday was very very low indeed.
Ended up having to raid the newly started savings account to pay the rent and had to undo the seal of my pot too.
Still, back to it this week - and today I emptied my pockets ad potted the grand sum of 48p.Sealed Pot Challenge No 3060
